Shimla Spiti Manali Tour package Itinerary

Day 01: Shimla – Sarhan (184 kms/ 7 hrs)
We start our jeep journey from Shimla to Sarhan Enroute; we visit the palace in Rampur. We drive further the steep mountain and arrive to Sarhan (1950m). Sarhan, the tiny village offers the splendid views of Shrikhanda Mahadev Peak (5155m). You will also visit the famous Bhimakali Temple, the big attraction of Sarhan. Overnight lodge
Day 02: Sarhan – Sangla (304 kms/ 8 hrs)
Drive along the spectacular Hindustan Tibet road which is carved in a rock and goes along the wild Sutlej River. A view of Kinner –Kailash Peak is splendid from Sangla. Visit remote villages of Rackcham and Chitkul. On arrival in Sangla check in and overnight at camp.
Day 03: Sangla – Kalpa (53 kms/ 2 hrs)
Morning visit Kamru village and fort. Later travel by surface from Sangla to Kalpa located in backdrop of Kinner Kailash mountain range. Evening free to explore Kalpa village.
Day 04: Kalpa – Tabo (176 kms/ 8 hrs)
Travel by surface from Kalpa to Tabo enroute visiting Nako village beautifully located on banks of a small lake. On arrival in Tabo check in and overnight at guest house. Overnight stay at Tabo
Day 05: Tabo – Kaza (50 kms/ 5 hrs)
Morning visit Tabo monastery. Later travel to Kaza enroute visiting Lalung and Dhankar Gompa. On arrival in Kaza check in at guest house.
Day 06:Kaza To Chandartal ( 6hrs)
tank up at Kaza as the next fuel station is at Manali. Head towards Losar and from there, take the ascent towards Kunzum Pass. As you start on your descent from the top towards Batal, there is a small road that goes towards Chandratal. This is the one you will need to turn on from where the lake is about 10 kilometers. It is a very narrow dirt trail so caution is advised while driving on it. It will take about 5-6 hours to reach the lake from Kaza. Road conditions will be bad throughout. Chandratal has several campsites where the price will range between Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3000 per person including meals.
Day 07: Chandartal to Manali
From Chandratal, drive back towards Kunzum pass and head to Batal. After Batal, you will come across the worst stretch of road you have seen in your life. The distance is short however it will take you good 5-6 hours just to cross this small patch. From Gramphoo, take the turn towards Rohtang Pass and then descent into Manali. Road conditions are worst until Gramphoo and after that it will be a mix of good and bad until Manali.
Total of 7-8 hours of journey for the day. Manali has several hotels and you will easily find one within any budget. A small Mall Road is always a place of attraction among the tourists. Hadimba temple and Vashisht hotspring water are other worth seeing tourist destination of Manali.
Day 08: Manali to Delhi
Departure to Delhi via Volvo in evening at around 4 PM and overnight journey to Delhi and Delhi arrival by next day Morning.
